New Lanark Primary is pleased to announce the opening of their Website For Parents.

The PA have been working on this project which hopefully will help inform parents of the activites which are being held as well as providing up to date news on the School.The website will take a few weeks to be populated with content and finialize the features so please keep coming back to check it out.

Going Green is at the forefront of all our minds at the moment and the website will help us with this cause. More people can be contacted and given news letters through the site thus cutting down on paper. Just think no more lost letters , no more searching through bags after school finding letters then losing them. Instead we can just go online and check for all those important dates. Teachers can use the site to introduce new topics and request reasearch material.
We hope the children will be able to get involved with the site adding news and perhaps giving information about projects they are doing and things they have learned. Learning to use the site will be great for the kids as computers are become a very important part of day to day life.
As parent's of the school we would love for you to get involved.If we know the topics kids are working on we may have books or information at home we could allow them to use at school thus giving the kids and staff more resources to work with.There are many ways in which we can support our childs school and education and this website is a great way to start.
